******We will be performing in prelims AND finals. The bands (regardless of classification) participate and compete against each other in Finals. The band will be performing at Finals and then watch other groups and then participate in Full Retreat.
*** Discounted G.A. tickets are available for Senior Citizens (65+), Military, and Students on the day of the event only.

6:45am - Arrive at KCHS - Attendance - Final Load
10:30am - Arrive Toledo Botanical Gardens
12:10pm - Arrive at University of Toledo
4:45pm - Director Meeting for Finals information/Draw

- Get into Uniform
12:10pm - Arrive at University of Toledo
- Tentative: Walk to Center for Performing Arts to Unload Personal Gear from Buses (Choir Room) (use rear doors).
- Unload trailers, Hand Stamped
- NO ORGANIZED FOOT WARMUP
- Pit warmup 1:10-1:40pm
- 1:50pm - Pit Report Time
- 2:05pm - Band Report Time
- After Performance - Jolesch Pictures
- Load Trailer with equipment
- Use Restrooms
- Rest/Relax; have section meetings; take off uniforms and fold neatly as a section
4:45pm - Director Meeting for Finals information/Draw

- WE WILL STAY IN FULL UNIFORM (NO SHAKOS, NO GAUNTLETS, NO GLOVES) AFTER PERFORMANCE FOR RETREAT (You MAY eat concessions in uniform - Be Careful)
10:45pm - Finals Awards
11:15pm - Head to Trailers and Load Uniforms
11:45pm - Leave Toledo (boosters provide on the road snack)

Important Information About BOA
Parents are able to sign out students after awards and band dismissal on Saturday after Full Retreat.
SPECTATOR PARKING There is no charge for spectator parking at the Northwest Ohio Regional. Please advise your parents and boosters to arrive early and allow extra time to get to the stadium, especially during peak times. Refer to the Important Event Procedures document for further details.
